Awetech’s MCM Timilehin Bello, C.E.O. Media Panache……..
Our very first #awetechMCM of 2018 is no other but the Legendary Public Relation (PR) Executive – Timilehin Bello.
Big Timi as he is popularly called is a graduate of The University of Lagos where he mastered Communications (he studied theatre arts).
Just like every other successful entrepreneur in Africa today, he had a humble beginning starting out his Public Relation (PR) Company ‘Media Panache’. He worked his way up and today, the story isn’t the same.
He learned the process while he worked with BHM (Black House Media) where he was able to learn from the ‘playmaker’ Ayeni Adekunle.
Media Panache was launched in 2016; the name was inspired by Obi Martins (a writer and a creative thinker) whom he consulted.
Big Timi certainly has been a source of inspiration to many youths; the finesse of his mastered art (PR) has brought him laurels including the most recent TFAA (The Future Africa Award Prize for New Media).
Big Timi has got an amazing personality, he’s resilient, he’s got passion, he’s dedicated and he never gives up. He believes that the power to make the country better lies with the youth hence, he has taken advantage of all the platforms (Most especially the Social Media where youths are active) available to impact lives.
Some even refer to him as the god-father to many youths despite his young age, on various occasions he’s started campaigns on the social media empowering and impacting Nigerian youths. The #ANewDawnForNaija and #InspireYoungsters are typical examples.
He’s worked with top organizations locally and internationally; Lagos State Government (in various capacities), MTN foundation, BOI, Whogohost …… just to name a few.
His Company Media Panache is up there amongst the best PR agencies you’ll get in Africa, yet they are still growing.
Despite the fact that he’s quite young he’s been able to dominate an industry where older people thrive.
The inspirational Big Timi is awesome; He is a true Nigerian Hero!!!
Be like Big Timi, he’s our MCM today and MCE.
