Samsung S9 Unpacked

On Sunday 25th February 2018, Samsung unveiled the Samsung S9 and S9 Plus. Just as Samsung S8 and S8+ Stunned us last year, we were stunned by this too.

The event titled UNPACKED 02.25.2018 was streamed live across the world via www.samsung.com

The Camera Slays!!!

The camera feature for Samsung S9 is out of this world (trust me, there’s absolutely nothing like it).

It records 240fps at 1080 960fps at 720

In other words, it’s a 12-megapixel single rear camera with mechanical variable aperture of both f/2.4 and f/1.5 While the front camera is 8mp with f/1.7 aperture

The Phone Memory/Storage is Mind blowing

4GB RAM (S9, 6GB RAM S9+) & 64GB/256GB storage + microSD up to 400GB (Yeah you read that; 400GB for Storage)

Display Kings at their very best

-5.8-inch OLED quad HD+ Infinity Display

-Snapdragon 845/Exynos 9810

Other Notable Stuffs

Finger Print Position has changed. It has been moved from the right side of the camera to underneath for easy access.

Guess What?

-Aperture is adjustable!!! – (the lens actually gets to move during a shot).

-AR Emoji’s; for the love of Memes (although, experts are saying the emoji is creepy. We really don’t know for sure, we can only anticipate its release to know better)

*Note: The Samsung AR Emoji converts facial expressions into humanoid cartoons that can blink, look around, and smile.

– Exp. release 2018, March

– OS Android 8.0 (Oreo)

Which will you do in 2018?

iPhone X, Samsung S9 or LG G7

With the release of the new Samsung flagship products, the competition at the top is getting stiffer. iPhone X was a hit from Apple, Samsung S9 isn’t just gaining momentum, its dominating already (despite it’s not up for sale yet), LG G7 (LG’s flagship product will be unveiled later this year (the phone has got some awesome stuff; the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with 4GB RAM, dual 16MP snappers, stereo speakers, IP68 certified, voice assistant and camera AI).
